  • Roasted Root Vegetable Soup (ve/gfa) – topped with crispy parsnip & served with warm, freshly baked baguette
  • West Sussex Game Parfait (gfa) – with our roasted plum chutney & crusty bread
  • Gin-Cured Salmon (gf) – with lemon creme fraiche, avocado, blackberry & toasted walnut
  • Turkey & Stuffing Croquettes (df) – crispy & golden, with cranberry sriracha mayo & rich spiced turkey gravy

  • Traditional Roast West Sussex Turkey (gfa) – with crisp roast potatoes, butcher’s pigs in blankets, braised red cabbage, honey-roasted root veg, parsnip puree, yorkshire pudding & a generous jug of gravy
  • Vegetable Wellington (ve/gf) – with crispy roast potatoes, sage & onion stuffing, braised red cabbage, roasted root vegetables & rich red wine gravy
  • Pan-Roasted Sea Bass (gf) – with lemon-crushed new potatoes, boco english sparkling cream sauce, crispy leek & almond-roasted tender stem broccoli
  • Sussex Venison Pie – slow-cooked in red wine, with creamy mash, root veg, braised red cabbage & tender stem broccoli

Christmas Day At The Three Crowns

Join us on the 25th December 2025 for a succulent Christmas feast, consisting of 5 mouth-watering courses. Our set menu costs £95 per head (£65 for children aged 12 & under). Booking is essential.

Our Christmas Day menu starts with table sharer aperitifs, followed by your choice of starters, traditional festive mains, indulgent desserts, finishing with tea/coffee & mini mince pies.

Our chefs have ensured to include vegetarian and gluten free dishes, in addition to the more traditional Christmas dishes, to cater to a range of tastes and dietary requirements.
